- 2026-06-16: Rehab plan, NOT tossing him. Out of pure grit into a bigger pot with a moisture-retentive recovery mix (~50/50 potting mix + grit), afternoon shade, rebuild vigor before any styling. Keeping the trunk curve, it's the design line.

Bonsai, species not pinned. Looks like a ficus, premna, or elm type from the foliage and aerial roots. Confirm to finalize.
