Bleeding heart (Lamprocapnos spectabilis, formerly Dicentra). Confirmed by IMG_2419: the dangling pink-and-white hearts on arching stems over fern-like compound foliage are unmistakable. Toxic to cats and dogs. Cool-climate plant, hard to keep alive on the Gulf.
